Delivery Policy

  1. Delivery Policy:
    • All orders are delivered within 12 hours after we receive your logo and contact details for branding.
    • During high-demand periods, delivery may take up to 24 hours — but we always aim for the fastest turnaround.
  2. Delivery Format:
    • You’ll receive your pack via Google Drive link sent to your registered email.
    • All posts are delivered in high-quality PNG format, organized by month for easy use.
  3. Delivery Confirmation:
    • Once your order is delivered, we’ll email you a confirmation message with your Drive link and summary.
    • Please download and back up your files — links remain active for at least 30 days after delivery.

Refund Policy

  1. Customized Digital Products:
    • Because each order is branded uniquely with your logo and contact details, all sales are considered final once you’ve approved your preview.
    • This ensures fair protection for both your brand and our team’s work.
  2. Pre-Delivery Adjustments:
    • If you notice any issues before final delivery, contact us immediately.
    • We’ll fix your branding or adjust your design preferences free of charge before final submission.
  3. Satisfaction Guarantee:
    • We provide a preview before final delivery to ensure you’re happy with your pack.
    • o We only finalize delivery once you approve — making refunds rarely necessary.
  4. Exceptions:
    • Refunds are only processed if:
      • You made a duplicate payment by mistake, or
      • The product was not delivered within 48 hours after confirmation (and no preview was sent).
